You are solely responsible for ensuring that your uploaded or accessed content does not violate copyright or local laws.
You must not use Wake Music for illegal file sharing or content distribution.
All intellectual property rights in the Wake Music app and its branding belong to Kaka Studio.
The integration of third-party APIs does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond the permitted usage scope.
Wake Music is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Kaka Studio shall not be liable for any data loss, device damage, or third-party service outages arising from the use of this App.
Kaka Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
