Wake Music (“the App”) is developed and operated by Kaka Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle, store, and protect user data when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Wake Music does not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.
The App runs entirely on your device and stores all settings, playlists, and imported music locally.
However, when connecting third-party services (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, iCloud Drive, or pCloud), limited data may be accessed only for functionality:
Account display name (e.g., Google Drive nickname)
File metadata (e.g., song title, artist, file size, and format)
Authentication tokens provided by third-party APIs
This data is never uploaded to Kaka Studio’s servers and remains securely stored on your device.
3. Analytics
Wake Music uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data.
This includes app session counts, screen views, and crash reports to help us improve user experience.
No personally identifiable information is collected or transmitted to Firebase.
4. Third-Party APIs and Services
The App integrates the following third-party APIs:
Google Drive API
iCloud Drive / Apple Music API
Dropbox API
OneDrive API
Box API
pCloud API
Each API is used strictly within its intended scope (e.g., listing files, reading audio metadata, or downloading songs the user explicitly selects).
We comply fully with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
5. Data Storage and Security
All user data, playlists, and authentication tokens are stored locally on the user’s device.
No data is backed up or stored on any Kaka Studio server.
6. Data Deletion and Revocation
You may disconnect any linked cloud drive at any time from within the app settings.
This action immediately revokes access tokens and removes all cached data associated with that service.

7. Children’s Privacy
Wake Music is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
8. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
