Kaka Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PlaylistPort mobile and desktop

application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains

how we handle your information when you use PlaylistPort to migrate your music

playlists.

1. Information We Collect

PlaylistPort is designed to prioritize user privacy. Most data processing occurs locally on your device.

• Music Platform Data: To facilitate playlist migration, we access your music library, playlists, and "Liked" songs from services including YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, KKBOX, and TIDAL.
• Profile Information: We may access your nickname, profile picture, and email address provided by the music platforms to display your account status within the app.
• Attribution Data: We use Apple's AdServices framework to collect basic attribution information to measure the effectiveness of our Apple Search Ads campaigns. This does not include personally identifiable information (PII).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information strictly and exclusively for the following purposes:

• To enable the core functionality of migrating music playlists between platforms.
• To identify your logged-in accounts within the app.
• No Advertising/Modeling: We do not use your music data for advertising, marketing, or training machine learning models.

3. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to any third parties.

• Limited Sharing for Functionality:To fulfill the migration request, the app transfers track metadata (such as song titles and artist names) directly to the destination platform selected by the user (e.g., Apple Music). This transfer is essential for the service's core functionality.
• No Disclosure: We do not disclose your Google user data to any third parties except as required by law or to provide the migration service explicitly requested by the user.

4. Data Security and Protection Mechanisms

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive data:

• Encryption in Transit:All data transmitted between the app and the Google (YouTube) API is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS (Transport Layer Security).
• Local Storage Only: All retrieved music data and authentication tokens are stored locally on your device. We do not operate any backend servers to store your personal information or music library data.
• Direct API Interaction: The app communicates directly with the music platforms' APIs. Your data never passes through a third-party server owned by Kaka Studio.
• Token Security:Authentication tokens (OAuth) are stored in the device's secure storage area to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services & API Compliance

By using PlaylistPort, you agree to the privacy policies of the music services you connect:

• YouTube: PlaylistPort uses YouTube API Services. By using this app, users are
  bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy . You can
  manage your security settings and revoke access via the
  Google Security Settings Page .
• Spotify: Subject to the Spotify Privacy Policy .
• Apple Music: Subject to the Apple Privacy Policy.
• KKBOX: Subject to the KKBOX Privacy Policy.
• TIDAL: Subject to the TIADL Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally, you have full control:

• Revocation: You can revoke the app's access at any time through the respective music platform's security settings.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local data will permanently delete all stored tokens and cached information from your device.
